Manage a staff who process Lost Security, Lost Holder/Account Maintenance and Written Correspondence transactional support functions for bondholders/clients
Knowledge of SEC Regulations and management of daily report is critical
Acts as the team’s initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation
Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team(s) and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks
Prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback to staff
Knowledge of Transtar, workflow system, and collecting data for monthly metrics/KPD’s is helpful
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
4-5 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 0-1 years in management
Fundamental understanding of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17 Rule 240, Lost Holder, Account Maintenance and Check Replacement
Understanding of daily reports and the essential steps to process lost security correspondence including SEC turnaround time
Understand legal documents/requirements sufficient to process request associated with transactions within the scope of this department
Knowledge of monthly reporting/metrics – KPD’s, Bankwide and audit
