- Drive a coordinated consultant relations plan across EMEA
- Independently oversee a portfolio of EMEA consultant relationships
- Optimise consultant relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across investment, risk, marketing, and executive leadership
- Provide day-to-day management of the RFP and consultant servicing teams
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in institutional business development or consultant relations
- strong understanding of the EMEA consultant landscape and regional market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage and grow moderately complex consultant relationships
- strong understanding of consultant influence on institutional mandates
- Demonstrated success in identifying and converting business opportunities
- familiarity with RFP processes, consultant databases, and quality control of external communications
- ability to drive consistency and accuracy in messaging across multiple jurisdictions
