About the role
- Own and evolve the design system for Treasury Services digital products
- Define and evolve visual language, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
- Partner with product, engineering, and accessibility teams
- Develop contribution and review processes for design system
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads in Payments, Channels, and Client Experience
- Elevate the quality of interfaces and ensure best-in-class design standards
- Provide design direction and coaching to other designers
- Define and track metrics for adoption and client experience improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Figma, component-based design
- Deep understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
- Strong visual and interaction design sensibility
- Experience with complex data and transaction-heavy interfaces
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A portfolio is required to be considered for this position
