About the role

  • Assist with general accounting and data analysis tasks
  • Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports
  • Support Accounts Payable activities and monitor related processes
  • Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Complete Fixed Asset capitalization activities and prepare audit materials
  • Perform account reconciliations as assigned
  • Participate in process ‑ improvement and digitalization projects
  • Measuring and reporting efficiencies from continuous ‑ improvement initiatives
  • Evaluating current digital workflows and developing recommendations for optimization

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate business ‑ related degree
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Highly detail ‑ oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week)
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
