About the role

  • Support in developing personalized recommender systems for in-vehicle customer features, including testing in real vehicles with a focus on user experience.
  • Contributing to the further development of existing machine learning models in Python, particularly by integrating contextual data and personalization for individual user experiences.
  • Assisting in the analysis and comparison of machine learning models and large language models to implement innovative, user-centered vehicle features such as intelligent charging or parking search.
  • Bringing forward your own ideas to improve data-driven methods for user profiles, situation models, and recommendation systems.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning and, ideally, large language models.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, including relevant libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and similar tools.
  • Familiarity with fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence and their practical applications.
  • Ideally, experience with AWS or comparable cloud services.
  • Optional: Experience in projects focusing on user-centered design, personalization, or data-driven services.
  • Good German and English language skills.
