About the role

You welcome our customers and ensure an exceptional first impression.
You act professionally and solution-oriented as the central interface between sales, service, and customers.
You plan and coordinate workshop/service appointments using modern IT systems.
You also advise on parts, accessories, rider equipment, and service products.
Additionally, you prepare invoices and credit notes and handle complaints.
You actively support trade shows and customer events, helping to create memorable experiences.

Completed vocational training in a commercial or automotive-technical field.
Relevant professional experience in retail or the automotive sector with advanced product knowledge.
Strong affinity for motorcycles.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment in interacting with customers, and a cost-conscious mindset.
High quality awareness, strong organizational skills, and reliability.
IT affinity and a valid Class A (motorcycle) and Class B (car) driving license.
