About the role
- Support actively in ideas management and the implementation of improvement suggestions.
- Assist in coordinating and managing the internal ideas pool.
- Contribute to the development of our talent management tools such as career coaching, the women’s network and the establishment of talent pools.
- Provide support in the area of labor law and participate in notable disciplinary cases such as written warnings and terminations.
- Research legal bases and agreements.
- Take part in projects to promote health awareness among employees and trainees.
- Perform regular analyses of various HR metrics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Health Management, Law/Labor Law, Business Informatics, Psychology or a comparable field of study.
- Confident user of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business-fluent German and good command of English.
