About the role

  • Support actively in ideas management and the implementation of improvement suggestions.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the internal ideas pool.
  • Contribute to the development of our talent management tools such as career coaching, the women’s network and the establishment of talent pools.
  • Provide support in the area of labor law and participate in notable disciplinary cases such as written warnings and terminations.
  • Research legal bases and agreements.
  • Take part in projects to promote health awareness among employees and trainees.
  • Perform regular analyses of various HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Health Management, Law/Labor Law, Business Informatics, Psychology or a comparable field of study.
  • Confident user of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English.
