Responsible for Sales and Commission systems creation and maintenance (New Car Quarterly campaigns, standard package products and changes in FAMOS, CPS, Velocity and eMaster)
Management of Product and Sales Systems Inbox and first response fielding of queries and tasks from internal stakeholders (Group Brands, ALPHERA Regional Sales Teams, Internal Sales & Sales Support)
Creation and maintenance of Retailer/Partner rates and terms documents and managing communication/distribution to relevant stakeholders
Perform product and sales systems user acceptance testing in support of business projects (e.g., Symphonia implementation)
Support preparation of process and control documentation
Deputise for Lead Product and Sales Systems Analyst in meetings and in governance and analysis of product utilisation
Ownership of the Consumer Duty Target Market Fair Value (TMFV) customer exceptions reporting and ensuring regulatory product correctness
Proactively lead collaboration with Group Brands & ALPHERA sales teams and Internal Teams to ensure product and sales systems are maintained within required timescales
Requirements
Proven track record operating in a motor financing / leasing environment (desirable)
Experience in making difficult decisions within limited time frames incorporating financial and commercial information
Ability to communicate across teams and hierarchies
Competence and confidence in working with IT Systems (FAMOS, CPS, SEAL, Velocity, eMaster etc.)
Data manipulation and modelling skills
Good knowledge of pricing and modelling techniques and approaches
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Competent with Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work effectively in a time pressured environment and prioritise own workload
Influencing, persuading and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of commercial, legal, regulatory, and accounting framework around motor finance and leasing
Individual and team orientated experience
