About the role

  • You will support the overall project management in milestone planning, project control and communication within the global HR process model, and in establishing an effective HR analytics target picture.
  • You will also assist in preparing and following up on workshops and committees with managers in the international team.
  • Additionally, you will advise the team on modeling HR processes and help ensure cross-functional consistency.
  • You will support the development of methods for process improvement and their linkage with digitalization technologies such as agentic AI, Process Mining and Analytics.
  • You will contribute in a coordinated manner to supporting project leaders in ongoing consulting and transformation projects.
  • You will gain insights into and contribute across the entire HR value chain – from recruiting to offboarding.
  • You will support the setup and use of digital project management tools such as Excel and Power BI, and pursue targeted training in digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field, preferably in the latter half of a bachelor’s program or in a master’s program, with a focus on organization, process management or strategy.
  • Interest in agentic AI, HR processes, data management, analytics and project work, and enthusiasm for complex problems and solution development.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Initial experience with Confluence, SharePoint, BPM software such as SAP Signavio or Visio, visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP SAC, or with automation tools (especially n8n, UiPath) is an advantage.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a high degree of initiative; initial experience in consulting or project management is an advantage.
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1) and business-fluent English.
