About the role
- Actively proposes product enhancements, defines requirements and processes (leasing, loan and service products), and implements new products according to strategic direction.
- Prepares market and competitor analyses related to product development and digital processes.
- Supports market research and produces regular reporting.
- Manages products and services in IT systems: reviews and optimizes configurations (including local CRM).
- Continuously improves the customer journey/experience, taking into account digital and other customer touchpoints.
- Maintains product manuals and guidelines.
- Prepares internal and external communications for product offers.
- Proactively and closely collaborates with B2B and B2C sales, marketing, operations, finance, PMQ and IT to ensure effective product implementation.
- Identifies synergies across all business areas (B2D, B2C and B2B).
- Cooperates with BMW Group (local and central functions), dealers, IT suppliers and research firms regarding product requirements, processes and market needs.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on marketing, financial products or finance.
- At least 4 years of professional experience, including experience in product or marketing roles within the automotive, banking or leasing industries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical and innovative mindset, with an interest in current trends.
- Good presentation skills and fluent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams; project management experience and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
