About the role

  • You support the international design, measurement and optimization of the BMW Group's employee experience.
  • You also contribute to developing and internationally implementing concepts for measuring employee satisfaction across the employee journey and derive actionable measures from the results.
  • In addition, you help promote employees' social engagement and anchor social sustainability within the BMW Group.
  • You will support the international rollout of the internal IT platform for social engagement and create content in collaboration with internal and external partners as well as nonprofit organizations.
  • You actively participate in planning and running volunteering events.
  • You also support communications about the employee journey and social sustainability topics to various audiences.
  • You will gain insights into HR strategy, social sustainability, and other topics related to people and real estate.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Human Resources, Work or Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with AI applications.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Enjoys creative and conceptual thinking.
  • First experience in organizing events or similar projects is an advantage.
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English.
