Requirements
Valid Damage Insurance Agent license by Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in Quebec.
Bilingualism (French/English)
Minimum 12 months of sales experience in insurance.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.
Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM platforms, digital tools, and virtual client engagement methods.
