About the role

  • Evaluate the risk level of commercial transactions and make informed decisions
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial loans
  • Analyze financial statements for credit worthiness
  • Identify income/expenses and analyze credit information
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers on loan decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive credit summaries
  • Support management of Relationship Manager portfolio
  • Monitor portfolio for credit conditions and trends
  • Negotiate loan structures that align with bank policies
  • Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

  • Preferred 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
  • Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
