About the role
- Evaluate the risk level of commercial transactions and make informed decisions
- Manage a portfolio of commercial loans
- Analyze financial statements for credit worthiness
- Identify income/expenses and analyze credit information
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers on loan decisions
- Prepare comprehensive credit summaries
- Support management of Relationship Manager portfolio
- Monitor portfolio for credit conditions and trends
- Negotiate loan structures that align with bank policies
- Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Preferred 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
