About the role
- Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions
- Makes credit decisions in compliance with bank policies
- Negotiates loan structures and terms aligning client requirements with bank risk
- Evaluates portfolio performance and recommends capital allocation strategies
- Conducts financial analysis and risk assessments of clients’ credit information
- Monitors portfolio performance and takes corrective actions when needed
- Builds and maintains client relationships to enhance growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in problem solving, collaboration, detail-oriented customer service, loan structuring, regulatory compliance, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment
- Microsoft Office expertise
