About the role

  • Support and collaborate with TPS Client Service & Implementation (CS&I) leadership
  • Identify needs and deliver effective learning and performance-focused programs supporting the business strategy
  • Develop, promote, maintain, and actively manage designated learning program(s)
  • Ensure the effective and efficient execution of all program components
  • Work closely with CS&I Senior Managers and Team Leads, Change Management, product partners and other subject matter experts
  • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
  • Track and monitor program performance, and address any issues

Requirements

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in learning design and facilitation
  • Program management skills – In-depth
  • Attention to detail with a focus on execution – In-depth
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth
  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth
  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth
  • Influence skills - In-depth
  • Data driven decision making - In-depth.
  • Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside the province of Quebec.
