About the role

  • Reports directly to the Senior Vice President and Head of North American Products and Platforms
  • Cultivates a positive sales culture
  • Delivers training, enhances engagement, and develops our client experience
  • Partners with Regional Presidents to lead Talent Segment Strategy
  • Collaborates closely with enterprise partners to drive visibility and engagement with the Private Counsel business
  • Provides high quality sales and service to investment clients
  • Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as appropriate
  • Develops internal and external networks to grow business in the assigned portfolio

Requirements

  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA or Finance certification preferred
  • Credentials sufficient to achieve registration as Advising Representative with Provincial Securities Commissions
  • Expert knowledge of equity and fixed income markets
  • Expert understanding of tax-related issues affecting investments
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment
