About the role
- - Event planning & execution: work with the Head of Marketing to set the annual global in-person and virtual event plan to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- - Marketing & promotion: develop promotional campaigns across email, social media, and websites to drive engagement.
- - Lead generation & reporting: Track engagement data, analyze performance metrics, and calculate ROI, providing recommendations for future improvements.
- - Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- - Deliver comprehensive event proposals, including venue selection and vendor negotiation.
- - Coordinate event plans (agenda, speakers, logistics and onsite event management).
- - Stakeholder management: work with the wider marketing team to liaise with sponsors, partners, and internal go-to-market team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- - Budget management: monitor event & campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact execution.
- - Support the marketing team’s wider campaign and activity plan.
Requirements
- - Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Executive, or similar role.
- - Strong communication, project management, and organisational abilities, with the capacity to work to deadlines.
- - Creativity.
- - Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- - Proficiency in budget management.
- - Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is an advantage.
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
