About the role

  • Monitor and analyze key card performance indicators;
  • Monitor the efficiency of delivered statements;
  • Execute activities related to card/statement results;
  • Monitor supplier/vendor SLAs;
  • Build management reports and periodic monitoring dashboards;
  • Identify indicator variances and opportunities, and propose action plans to management;
  • Track targets and propose initiatives and campaigns to drive results;

Requirements

  • Experience with financial and analytical routines;
  • Practical knowledge in vendor management;
  • Analytical skills and strong Excel proficiency (intermediate to advanced);
  • Good communication, organized, and consultative approach;
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at our office on Av. Juscelino Kubitschek in São Paulo.
