About the role

  • Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team; strategic outbound role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting high-value brands across the U.S. and Canada into long-term growth partnerships
  • You’ll work closely with our VP of Sales to open meaningful conversations with founders, CMOs, and Heads of Growth at some of the biggest brands
  • You’ll be offering a high-leverage growth engine that combines performance marketing services, a creator marketplace, and AI-powered software to scale influencer-led customer acquisition
  • Success in this role depends on your ability to understand brand pain points, position BM Digital as a strategic growth partner, and convert outbound touchpoints into pipeline
  • BM Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm with proprietary tech: a creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly; an AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting; proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, CRO
  • What You’ll Do (specific duties): Strategically identify and engage eCommerce brands doing $10M–$100M+ in annual revenue; Launch highly personalized, multi-touch outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video; Leverage buying signals, market intelligence, and intent data; Open new pipeline by booking qualified strategy calls; Understand each brand’s customer acquisition strategy; Position BM Digital as a strategic partner; Use Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, and internal tools; Collaborate with VP of Sales and marketing to refine messaging; Stay up-to-date on eCommerce trends and paid media

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of outbound sales or BDR experience, preferably in performance marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce tech
  • Deep understanding of the North American market, specifically U.S. and Canadian DTC brands
  • Strong grasp of eCommerce KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, payback period, MER
  • Experience breaking into mid-market and enterprise accounts ($10M–$100M+ revenue)
  • Ability to run research-driven, account-specific outbound campaigns—not templates or scripts
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills - you can write sharp cold emails and carry executive-level conversations
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Loom, Sendspark, Clay, and similar
  • Self-directed, resilient, and metrics-driven - you know your weekly KPIs and always optimize
  • Bonus: experience selling agency services, marketing platforms, or creator tools
