About the role
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy aligned with the Group’s mission, growth targets, and investment frameworks
- Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with institutional investors, digital asset funds, and key ecosystem partners
- Structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value across trading, AI, and digital asset initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Investment, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure partner integration and success
- Represent the company at select global events, conferences, and summits, promoting the brand’s authority in AI, Web3, and DeFi
- Lead a small, high-impact team responsible for partnership operations, analytics, and communications.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, investor relations, or strategic alliances within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, or digital wealth platforms
- A proven track record of building and closing high-value partnership deals (>$50 million+)
- Excellent network across family offices, venture funds, or institutional investors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution, growth, and measurable outcomes
- Confident communicator able to translate technical innovation into commercial impact.
- Competitive base salary $150,000–$225,000 depending on experience
