About the role

  • Independently take responsibility for projects and contribute ideas to further develop and optimize branch service processes
  • Train for and act as deputy for the Team Lead, assuming responsibility for specific topics
  • Serve as a friendly voice on the phone for branches and customers, identifying appropriate solutions
  • Ensure branches are optimally equipped — from coordination to management of movable furnishings
  • Organize activities related to new store openings: procuring accessories and purchasing inventory items
  • Arrange hotel bookings and manage travel expense reports for branch teams.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and experience in customer service
  • Interest in leadership responsibilities and experience in project management
  • Careful and conscientious working style; able to maintain an overview even when handling many tasks
  • Strong organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to tackle challenges with initiative
  • Empathetic communication — both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Outlook and other common workplace tools.
