About the role
- Act as a friendly point of contact on the phone for our branches and customers
- Responsible for branch equipment and coordination
- Organize new store openings and purchase inventory items
- Manage hotel bookings and travel expense reporting for branch teams
- Own projects to improve branch service processes
- Opportunity to independently take on responsibilities on behalf of the team lead
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (business administration)
- Ideally, experience in customer service
- Careful and conscientious working style
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Empathetic communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Outlook and other common office tools
- Interest in leadership responsibilities and experience in project management
