About the role

  • Would you like to actively support the HR department of one of Europe’s largest florists and help shape the development of HR processes?
  • You create and publish our job postings on various platforms and ensure they are attractively designed.
  • You accompany the selection process, support interviews and handle appointment scheduling.
  • You work independently on projects such as our careers site, our Kununu profile and trade show appearances.
  • You analyze existing workflows and develop ideas to make our recruiting processes more efficient.
  • You assist with organizing internal events.
  • When needed, you also support other HR areas, such as talent development, and actively contribute to the implementation of key projects.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, business psychology (Wirtschaftspsychologie) or a comparable degree program.
  • You must complete a practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team full-time for 5–6 months in a mandatory internship.
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in the HR field.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook, MS Teams and Excel, and experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (good German language skills).
  • You maintain an independent, responsible and structured working style.
  • You have a quick grasp and analytical thinking.
  • You have attention to detail, high reliability and act proactively.
