About the role

  • You are the friendly voice on the phone for our stores and customers and find the right solution for every inquiry
  • You ensure that our stores are always well equipped – from coordination with the central warehouses to managing movable furnishings
  • You organize everything related to new store openings: from procuring the necessary accessories to purchasing inventory items
  • You arrange hotel bookings and process travel expense reports for our store teams, always keeping an overview
  • You take responsibility for your own projects and contribute ideas to further develop and optimize our store service processes together with the team
  • After successful onboarding, we offer you the opportunity to independently take on responsibilities on behalf of the team lead – allowing you to take on responsibility and grow professionally and personally

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training and ideally have already gained experience in customer service
  • You work carefully and conscientiously and do not lose track even when handling many tasks
  • You are highly organized, think in a solution-oriented way, and tackle challenges with initiative
  • You can empathize with others and communicate sensitively – both internally and externally
  • You are confident using Outlook and other common tools and use them routinely in your daily work
  • If the prospect of team leadership appeals to you, you are interested in leadership responsibilities and have experience in project management
