About the role

  • You are the primary on-site contact and representative of our labeling solutions at customer locations.
  • The integration and commissioning of our labeling systems into customers' existing equipment is your main focus.
  • You ensure the reliable operation of our customers' systems.
  • You provide on-site user training and carry out maintenance and repairs on our labeling products.
  • Occasionally, you will cover for colleagues in various regions across Germany.
  • You work closely with our field sales team, product specialists, service engineers and the central dispatch team.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in assembly and commissioning of serial or custom systems is desirable.
  • Motivated and eager to learn new technical skills and subject areas.
  • A structured and precise approach to work.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient PC skills and experienced with common MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.
