About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact on-site at our customers and a representative of our labeling solutions
  • Your main focus is the integration and commissioning of our labeling systems into customers' existing equipment
  • You ensure the smooth operation of our customers' systems
  • You train system users on-site and perform maintenance and repairs on our labeling products
  • Periodically you will cover for colleagues in different regions across Germany
  • You work closely with our external sales team, product specialists, service experts and the dispatch/operations control at our headquarters.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in assembly and commissioning of production or custom systems is desirable
  • You are motivated and enthusiastic about learning new topics and technical areas
  • A structured and precise approach to work is natural for you
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in using a PC and common MS Office applications
  • Independent yet team-oriented working style
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset
