About the role

  • Responsible for active new customer acquisition (cold outreach) via phone, email and digital channels
  • Active participation in networking events
  • Overcoming objections and persistence in contact attempts
  • Identifying relevant target companies and contact persons
  • Conducting initial conversations and qualifying leads
  • Scheduling qualified appointments for Sales Managers and structured handover
  • Maintaining and documenting all activities in the CRM system (Weclapp)
  • Developing new outbound strategies, call scripts and acquisition approaches
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to optimize target groups and messaging

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven success in telephone cold calling, inside sales, telesales or outbound sales, ideally with SaaS offerings and/or sales to public sector clients
  • Not afraid of the phone and proactive in approaching people
  • Strong communication skills, perseverance and the ability to explain complex software solutions clearly
  • Structured, independent way of working and a team player
  • Interest in digital products and IT-related topics – experience in a software environment is a plus
  • Excellent German skills (at least C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
