QA Engineer

• Maintain the existing safeguarding tool and assist testing the newer version being developed
• Assist with management and planning of the overall safeguarding project
• Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues
• Log defects, coordinate accurate data fixes, verify implementation and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Develop comprehensive testing scenarios
• Execute, review, and validate test results and maintain evidence and audit trail
• Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Collaborate with product management to ensure safeguarding project milestones and major deliverables are on schedule
• Identify potential risks and recommend achievable solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams and be exposed to different facets of the payment industry
• Report to the Senior Business Analyst & EPM Project Manager in the UK
