Consult with customers on how to properly extract, transform, and load their data into the Bluesight platform
Validate, reconcile, and analyze data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity using command line tools and scripts
Clearly communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Document processes, edge cases, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing
Collaborate cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in data analysis, experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Experience with AWS services like AWS Glue, Step functions, Lambdas, etc.
Experience with queries on relational databases (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle) or non-relational databases (MongoDB).
Ability to understand, and debug, existing codebases across multiple languages or frameworks (Python, Pyspark, Scala, Ruby etc)
Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data validation.
Proficiency operating from the command line (e.g. bash, zsh, powershell) to interact with files, data, execute scripts and command-line tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
Professional communication skills - written and verbal - that demonstrate an ability to work well on a team and with both technical and non-technical customer contacts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and meet goals and deadlines
Self-starter with a demonstrated history of success, multiple examples of taking initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
