About the role
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization.
- Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade laptop hardware and software
- Troubleshooting equipment support, inventory tracking, and mobile device management.
- Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, email, and through helpdesk software
- Track, manage, and ship IT equipment and maintain accurate inventory records
- Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Other technical support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop hardware and software support or configuration
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows-based desktop hardware and software
- Experiencing administering the Google Workspace applications
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools
- Strong and reliable internet access from your home
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Availability to work part-time hours during EST business hours
