Program Manager

• Support network hardware planning activities with a focus on demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management.
• Generate, analyze, and communicate weekly demand, supply, and supportability insights for critical hardware components and devices.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of source systems and connected datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Track and maintain historical changes in demand, supply, and supportability to provide auditability and traceability.
• Develop and standardize reporting processes, methodologies, and metrics across planning functions.
• Document data sources, business assumptions, calculations, and planning processes to ensure operational consistency.
• Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting to support executive and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning and reporting workflows.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into supply position, risks, and performance.
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and related analytical tools to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to improve internal planning tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve end-to-end planning processes.
• Support the creation and implementation of scenario planning and 'what-if' modeling capabilities to evaluate supply chain risks and planning outcomes.
• Develop functional requirements, business processes, and project documentation to support planning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, communicate status updates, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Provide analytical recommendations and technical insights to business leaders and project stakeholders.

• In this role, with our client you will act as a customer advocate responsible for managing and resolving complex, high-impact escalations across cloud and enterprise products.
• You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineering, program management, and support teams—to remove blockers, drive timely resolutions, and improve the overall customer experience.
• You will proactively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on case status, risks, and next steps.
• This role requires strong judgment to balance customer needs with organizational policies while identifying trends, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across relevant international markets - Meta, Google Search,Tiktok and emerging regional platforms relevant to key markets (Asia, UK/Europe, Middle East)
• Hit weekly output KPIs across platforms, including a consistent cadence of new creative pushes to market; leverage AI and automation to unlock efficiency
• Analyse performance data and optimise towards key metrics like NC CPA , ROAS, LTV:CAC
• Leverage top-performing organic content in paid media strategies that meet KPI standards, never sacrificing brand or reputation.
• Develop and scale a high-velocity creative testing framework in collaboration with the creative team, covering audiences, hooks, formats, and landing page experiences; own the feedback loop between data and creative direction
• Use data analysis and attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or equivalent) to monitor performance, surface drivers, and optimise towards objectives.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid spend across all international markets, ensuring efficient and scalable growth with clear visibility into spend allocation
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, that include insights, untapped customer segments, learnings, and recommendations.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth at efficient CAC across each market.
