Serve as a Senior Program Manager responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting system integration activities across enterprise delivery and factory operations.
Lead concurrent programs while operating in a fast-paced, tactical environment that requires hands-on execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to 24–48 hour SLAs.
Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity (inventories), prevent operational delays, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs, proactively identifying and eliminating operational blockers that could impact factory operations and rack delivery.
Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

5–7+ years of program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments.
5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven workflows (24–48 hour response requirements).
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, tactical environments requiring hands-on execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
