About the role
- Support day‑to‑day business operations and execution across regional delivery organizations.
- Own and manage multiple business rhythms (e.g., weekly delivery health reviews, monthly business reviews, leadership forums).
- Prepare, consolidate, and validate content for leadership meetings, including decks, reports, and executive summaries.
- Partner with content owners and presenters to ensure readiness, accuracy, and on‑time delivery of materials.
- Review delivery health metrics and financial data, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights and support leadership decision‑making.
- Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing reporting, streamlining workflows, and optimizing cross‑functional coordination.
- Support reporting enhancements and special initiatives (e.g., regional performance or leakage reporting).
- Coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Handle ad hoc requests, escalations, and temporary backfill responsibilities as needed.
- Contribute to execution of business continuity plans during periods of change.
- Support internal communications, business planning activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Foster team culture and organizational health by supporting engagement initiatives and partnering with HR on onboarding, hiring, and inclusion efforts.
- Occasionally present insights and updates in leadership forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB), business operations, or business management functions.
- 8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and validating data using Excel and Power BI; financial data experience strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience working directly with senior stakeholders in a business management, operations, or program coordination role.
- Strong background in business management, program coordination, or operational roles within a regional or global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven experience preparing executive‑level content and supporting leadership decision‑making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
