About the role
- Own day-to-day clinical and operational execution across Blueprint’s care model
- Ensure smooth end-to-end workflows across physicians, health coaches, care coordinators, and support teams
- Optimize resource allocation, scheduling, capacity planning, and service delivery
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact care quality or experience
- Provide direct leadership, supervision, and performance management of the Health Coach team
- Ensure coaching delivery aligns with physician-led care plans and clinical protocols
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Health Coaches
- Maintain consistent coaching standards, scope-of-practice discipline, and documentation quality
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the coaching team
- Partner with the CMO to uphold clinical quality, safety, and consistency across care delivery
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
- Monitor adherence to clinical workflows, escalation pathways, and documentation standards
- Support peer review, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
- Identify operational risks related to patient safety, compliance, or care delivery and mitigate proactively
- Own the operational integration and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and care coordination tools
- Ensure systems support efficient clinical workflows, data visibility, and reporting
- Drive adoption, training, and consistent use of technology across clinical and operational teams
- Work with Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies
- Own operational components of the patient experience across the care journey
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to clinical operations and health coaching
- Collaborate with executive leadership and the CMO on strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
- Active Health Coaching Certification, preferably: National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) or equivalent nationally recognized certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading teams, preferably within healthcare or digital health
- Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, care delivery, and patient experience
- Experience overseeing EHR and CRM systems and driving operational adoption
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
