About the role
- Build and manage the operational and systems infrastructure to support our growing number of international partners.
- Ensure partners receive timely support to drive revenue and prevent bottlenecks.
- Coordinate forecasts, purchase orders, content needs, and commercial requirements.
- Build and maintain sales and operational dashboards, project management software, CRM, and other related systems.
- Analyze partner, country, and channel performance to identify growth constraints and opportunities.
- Build and maintain repeatable frameworks for partner onboarding, performance tracking, and reviews.
- Track partner and market performance; identify risks, constraints, and opportunities early.
- Identify and prioritize new potential distribution and channel partners to support BD expansion.
- Conduct market, partner, and commercial analysis to support decision-making.
- Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks; escalate blockers early to protect velocity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Project Management and/or Operations Support (Account Management or Business Development experience is preferred)
- Retail, distributor, or marketplace partnerships experience across APAC/UAE (optional)
- CRM pipeline management
- Project management experience
- Account & relationship management experience
- Experience building structured frameworks, SOPs, or playbooks
