About the role
- Develop and maintain high-quality applications for Bluelight clients using Laravel and modern frontend technologies.
- Work on a variety of client projects across the United States and Central/South America, delivering solutions that impact customers' businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry professionals to design and implement features and APIs.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and ensure quality through tools like Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Dusk, and Playwright.
- Take ownership of estimates, deliverables, and client commitments, aligning work with client goals.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training and conferences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
- Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
- Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
- Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
- Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
- Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
