Own key digital channels including Paid Search & Shopping
Assist in execution of Meta & TikTok ads including ideation, briefing, optimization, reporting, etc.
Support testing into new scalable & measurable acquisition channels
Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative & landing pages to improve incremental performance
Support management of TikTok Shops including optimizations, product listings, affiliates, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, brand marketing, customer experience, and digital product to produce & present insights on high-performing ads while ensuring a seamless customer journey from viewing an ad to purchase
Own the management of product feeds for Paid Search & Social needs

Requirements

3-4 years of growth/acquisition marketing experience; startup & DTC experience preferred
Hands on experience in managing ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok
Familiarity with one or more of the following acquisition channels is preferred, but not required: Audio (i.e. Podcasts), YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencers, and TV/CTV.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics required; familiarity with BI tools such as Looker preferred. Working knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
Understanding of marketing mix modeling and incrementally testing
Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what drives performance
A proven track record of taking initiative and and driving to optimize & improve metrics
Detail-oriented self-starter and a fast learner
Effective multi-tasker; you’re comfortable wearing many hats
Highly analytical and strategic thinker - you leverage data to inform key decisions and can anticipate potential future problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
