About the role

  • Partner across revenue leadership to develop and own systems, processes, and insights spanning new business, account management, and expansion.
  • Drive CRM management, reporting, forecasting, territory planning, compensation, and deal desk operations.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable sales processes from lead-to-close.
  • Own configuration and optimization of HubSpot and other GTM tools to ensure adoption, data reliability, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for forecasting, pipeline health, funnel conversion, and win rates.
  • Analyze GTM performance metrics and prepare board- and exec-level reporting with actionable insights.
  • Lead account planning and support annual and quarterly quota design; administer and track attainment.
  • Manage sales compensation structure and performance tracking to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Own the deal desk function: structure/pricing complex deals, review non-standard terms, and manage approvals.
  • Build scalable deal desk processes, approval workflows, and a central knowledge base for playbooks and policies.
  • Partner with finance and legal to ensure clean deal documentation, invoicing, and revenue recognition handoffs.
  • Serve as a connector across Sales, Account, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align systems and processes.
  • Support sales enablement around process rollout, CRM usage, forecasting, and deal structuring.
  • Work as part of a globally distributed team with business operations in New York City and engineering in Berlin.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot (admin-level or close to it); experience standing up new GTM tools and integrations.
  • Proven track record supporting a scaling sales org through systems, process, and deal desk best practices.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; bonus for experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
