Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, GTM, and business roles, from sourcing to offer.
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing methods.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, including negotiating contracts, setting performance expectations, and ensuring alignment with hiring needs and company culture
Develop a compelling employer brand that resonates with top talent.
Track and report recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate experience).
Design and implement HR processes, policies, and programs for a scaling Series A company.
Oversee onboarding and ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
Support managers with performance management, career development, and employee relations.
Partner with leadership on engagement initiatives, DEI, and culture-building.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and partner with external HR/payroll vendors.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees across all levels.
Requirements
7–10 years of HR/talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions.
Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up.
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
