About the role
- Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics
- Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions
- Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity
- Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
