About the role
- Conducting opinion research to determine public support for additional product prospects, advertising, brand reputation and customer experience.
- Analyzing competitors' products, prices, sales, and methods of marketing to determine the advisability of adding new lines of merchandise and operations.
- Collecting data regarding competitors' products, prices, sales, and methods of marketing, as well as methods and procedures for obtaining their data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1 year - Experience in marketing, marketing research, data analysis, or related field required
- 1 year - Experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required
- Research tool development including survey writing and discussion guides
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Adaptive to high pace and changing environment
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in multiple divisions/functions
