About the role
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Work with Solution Advisors on building software and advisory services pipeline in the Hard Lines industry verticals
- Lead the blueprinting / high level design phase of projects at key Hard Lines customers - business process, key design decisions and enterprise architecture
- Build and present recommendations for customer leadership, ensuring insights are grounded in data and aligned with customer business goals.
- Support team leadership in shaping engagement strategy, deliverable quality, and client communications.
- Participate in thought leadership efforts, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solution rollouts and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry insights.
- Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ combined experience within a Tier 1, Retail Hard Lines organization and / or management consulting to Hard Lines customers
- Experience having both operated within and transformed core business processes , including managing teams that execute day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the design or improvement of those processes within a Tier 1, Retail Hard Lines organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence C-Level Executives and proven experience as a ‘trusted advisor’
- Strong process modeling skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects in Retail Hard Lines industry
