About the role
- Lead the development and execution of business strategic initiatives and software implementation projects.
- Work with Solution Advisors (pre-sales) on building software and advisory services pipeline within the Grocery industry vertical.
- Lead the blueprinting / high-level software implementation design phase of projects at key Grocery customers (i.e. business process, key design decisions and enterprise architecture).
- Build and present recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring insights are grounded in data and aligned with customer business goals (i.e. Level 1 Demos).
- Support team leadership in shaping engagement strategy, deliverable quality, and client communications.
- Participate in thought leadership efforts, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solution rollouts and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry insights.
- Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven industry experience leading business teams within a tier 1 Retail Grocery organization, and/or 10+ years of experience in management consulting with Grocery industry customers
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence C-Level Executives and proven experience as a ‘trusted advisor’ (e.g. Level 1 Demos)
- Strong process modelling skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects in the Retail Grocery industry
