About the role

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Japan team (Panasonic Connect) and the U.S. (Blue Yonder) development division
  • Plan and manage development milestones for the Cognitive Integration Generator (CIG) project, ensuring timely delivery
  • Define design principles for key CIG functionalities, including Data Mapping Automation and Entity Integration
  • Lead sprint operations under the Scrum framework with development teams in Japan and India
  • Collaborate with the GUI development team (React-based) to design and implement user experience improvements
  • Coordinate with Panasonic Connect members and other project teams to optimize project scope, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with end-to-end testing and automation scripting
  • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React
  • Knowledge of data mapping and entity integration principles
