About the role

  • Handle inbound sales calls to establish new services and upgrade existing accounts.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to collect overdue payments, retain customers, and reactivate services.
  • Handle inbound retention calls from existing customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and retain services.
  • Present and promote company products/services in a compelling and customer-focused manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently capture customer interactions, account updates, and sales results in the system to support follow-up opportunities, revenue growth, and an excellent customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales, and service performance metrics.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and deliver win-win solutions.
  • Follow call flows and sales strategies while adapting communication style based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, service features, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must live in Florida.
  • Proven experience in customer sales.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional and engaging phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting performance targets.
  • Comfortable using call-handling software.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High level of adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
