Optimize processes and tools involved in our GTM strategy
Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Org
Own the standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real-time performance updates for each commercial team
Produce weekly pipeline generation and bookings forecast updates working closely with Sales and Marketing leaders
Maintain and iterate the customer and prospect database, own segmentation, and ensure GTM teams and motions are appropriately aligned
Work with Marketing leadership to continuously refine and optimize account and lead scoring models
Take ownership of Pardot & Salesforce instances, focusing on data enrichment, data hygiene, and maintaining high deliverability rates
Implement robust tracking and measurement strategies to analyze and optimize all stages of the revenue funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing multi-touch attribution
Requirements
3+ years experience in Revenue or Marketing Operations
Ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights
Aptitude for structured problem solving in data analysis and business process design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
