About the role

  • Coordinate closely with International Client Solutions (ICS), Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Global Portfolio Strategy & Solutions (GPSS) teams to support Latin America initiatives
  • Support seamless fund onboarding, product launches, and distributor enablement through effective coordination across internal teams and third parties
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and due diligence processes for Latin America Offshore distributors and investors
  • Assist with the preparation of summaries, talking points, and internal briefing materials for senior team members and leadership
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for inbound distributor and investor requests
  • Support sales reporting and trade reconciliation for offshore funds
  • Assist with recurring sales reporting, analytics, and internal performance tracking across Latin America and US Offshore channels
  • Maintain CRM systems for Latin America home office and advisor contacts
  • Support broader CRM and Salesforce initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience, preferably within an alternative/traditional asset manager, investment bank, or management consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred
  • Interest in building a long‑term career within private markets and wealth distribution
  • Series 7 and Series 63, preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred but not required
