About the role
- Partner with the Program Owner to manage workstreams and/or complete projects to set up HR processes, vendors and systems in new non-US locations
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and follow up on action items across workstreams
- Create and maintain templates, checklists, trackers, and process documentation
- Coordinate new country setup processes for TA and HR, in coordination across legal, tax, payroll, and other functions
- Support vendor onboarding including paperwork, contact setup, and supplier integration
- Coordinate end-to-end international assignment processes including document collection, immigration filings, and repatriation logistics
- Partner with immigration counsel to track visa filings, renewals, deadlines, and ensure proper documentation
- Liaise with tax providers for tax equalization, coordinate filings, and track deadlines for international employees
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate setup of international assignees, including shadow payroll instructions
- Draft assignment letters, secondment agreements and associated documents using established templates
- Maintain compliance tracking systems for visa expirations and right-to-work documentation
- Manage integration trackers, highlight overdue items, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams
- Support Day 1 readiness logistics including system access, onboarding sessions, and welcome communications
- Provide onboarding support for acquired employees in partnership with the onboarding team
- Clean, organize and analyze employee census data during acquisitions
- Maintain and improve employee tracking systems and tools to streamline operations and accelerate the pace of HR setup and delivery
- Draft employee and stakeholder communications for international assignments and M&A activities
- Ensure data integrity across multiple HR systems and tracking tools
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, project management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting international expansion for HR services, employee mobility and/or M&A integration
- Strong understanding of international HR compliance, immigration processes, and global mobility
- Excellent project management skills with ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
