About the role
- Participate in the design and development of high-performance phased array RF front-end systems
- Develop and implement RF, analog, digital, and power circuits for active phased arrays
- Develop efficient power management solutions such as DC/DC converters
- Collaborate with systems engineering to define and decompose requirements into functional designs
- Conduct circuit simulation analyses and lead system level analyses
- Provide layout engineers with guidance for matching and high-speed routings
- Support board bring up, testing, and debugging
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in RF, DC power and mixed signal design
- Experience with high frequency signals and high frequency circuit designs
- In-depth knowledge on component selection
- Experience with noise analysis, AC, DC, transient analysis, monte-carlo, and signal and power integrity simulations
- Experience with worst case circuit analyses and failure modes, effects, and criticality analyses
- Proficient in design, simulation, and verification tools like HSpice, HyperLynx
- Experience with Altium/Cadence OrCAD / Allegro for schematic capture
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with bench level testing
