About the role

  • Spearhead consultative sales process end-to-end, targeting middle-market accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation tactics, including participation in industry events and cold outreach.
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including maintaining accurate sales records in CRM.
  • Present proposals that communicate the value proposition of offerings clearly and compellingly.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a strong focus on business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong networking abilities and a talent for building relationships.
  • Skilled in pre-call planning, research, and needs-based selling techniques.
  • Ability to focus on aggressively generating new business opportunities through robust lead generation tactics.
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying sales experience, including negotiating and closing technology projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, results-driven approach, and a competitive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
